What is Curriculum Vidae?
Curriculum Vidae (CVD) is a smartphone app that will revolutionise the job market through video. The prototype will be available by June 2023 and the full application by the end of 2023. We have been making CVDs manually for several months.
For more than 20 years, human resources experts have been predicting the massive use of video by job seekers and recruiters.
"It is quite possible that job boards will turn into a video platform."
However, this is not the case. The traditional CV and cover letter continue to be the rule. Our research has identified 7 obstacles to the widespread use of video in recruitment.
